About the Opportunity

Successful Candidates must be able to perform the following

• Proficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial A/C systems up to 20-tons in size.
• Maintain and promote the use of System Enhancements and Indoor Air Quality products.
• SPOT the OPPORTUNITY to educate and provide customers with energy saving options and solutions to customer issues.
• Promote customer enrollment in our Indoor Wellness Club.
• Assist in the training and development of current apprentices in the trade.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a service technician role in the HVAC Industry.
• Candidate should possess general knowledge and understanding of HVAC duct systems and airflow.
• Candidate should be EPA Certified
• Candidate should be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Service Technician
• NATE Certification is a PLUS

Candidate should exhibit the following traits:
