We purchased a special offer of $79 per system for pre-season inspection, which was easily scheduled. The techs called ahead of time, and were able to arrive early. The inspection was thorough, and although they did not find anything that required immediate attention, they pointed out a few things to watch as they typically will become problems later.
I trust their opinions and rely on their experience and knowledge.

I recently had Air Services Unlimited service my outdoor AC unit, and I couldn't be more impressed! Their team was prompt and professional, and they quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit. They discovered that the control board was indeed ruined but explained that it wasn't essential for the unit to function. Instead of pushing for an expensive replacement, they chose to bypass the board, saving me from a hefty bill that I didn't need!
Additionally, they recharged the unit, which was low on gas, ensuring that everything would run smoothly. This was a recall service and the call-out fee was waived, giving me peace of mind concerning unexpected costs.
On a previous visit, they had replaced my capacitor, while I took care of changing the breaker. At that time, I didn't realize that the breaker problem was preventing my AC from running, so there was little troubleshooting they could do on the first visit.
My AC unit is working again although it runs at high speed rather than varying speeds as it used to. I'm glad I didn't go ahead and spend over $1,000 on a new board when it wasn't necessary. Thank you, Air Services Unlimited, for your honesty and expertise! I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and efficient AC service. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!

My AC broke in the afternoon. I called and they had someone scheduled to come fix it at 8am the next morning. Showed up on time and not only fixed the problem but double checked the whole unit. Amazing service.
